How Wagering Works
Understanding wagering requirements is crucial when you claim a bonus. Let’s say you deposit 50€ and receive a 100% match bonus, so you have 100€ in bonus money. The wagering requirement is typically 35x the bonus amount. Here is the calculation:
Bonus = 50€
Wagering requirement = 35x
Total to wager = 50€ × 35 = 1750€
You must place bets totaling 1750€ before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus. Note that not all games contribute equally; slots usually count 100%, but table games like blackjack might only count 10% or not at all.
| Game Type | Contribution % |
|---|---|
| Slots (except some like netEnt games) | 100% |
| Table Games (e.g., Blackjack) | 10% |
| Video Poker | 5% |
| Live Casino | 0% |
Always check the full terms to see which games count towards the wagering.
Banking & Payments
Solverde offers several payment methods for Portuguese players. Here is an overview of the most common ones:
| Payment Method | Deposit Time | Withdrawal Time | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Multibanco | Instant | 1-3 business days | No fees from the casino |
| Bank Transfer | 1-2 business days | 2-5 business days | Possible bank charges |
| Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) | Instant | 2-5 business days | No fees from the casino |
| E-wallets (like Skrill, Neteller) | Instant | Within 24 hours | May have withdrawal fees |
When you request a withdrawal, the casino will perform a security check. For your first withdrawal, expect additional verification (KYC). Always withdraw to the same method you deposited with, if possible.
Safety & Licensing
Solverde operates under a Portuguese license issued by the Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos (SRIJ). This is a local license, which means it is regulated by the state and adheres to strict standards. The site uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and they promote responsible gambling.
One thing to keep in mind: if you ever play at an online casino that holds a Curacao license (not the case here), please note that winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos may be subject to local income tax, unlike winnings from locally licensed casinos. Always check your tax obligations.
Troubleshooting
I forgot my password
Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page. You will receive an email with a reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
My deposit is not showing up
First, check your bank statement to confirm the transaction. If it is confirmed, wait a few minutes. If it still does not appear, contact customer support with the transaction ID.
Withdrawal is taking too long
Withdrawal times vary by method. If it exceeds the estimated time, check if you have completed all verification steps. For any delay, contact support.
The game keeps freezing
Clear your browser cache and update your browser. If using the PWA, try reloading. Also, check your internet connection.
I received a bonus but my wagering progress is stuck
Some games do not contribute 100% to wagering. Check the game contributions in the bonus terms. Also, ensure you are playing with the bonus funds, not your cash balance.
Insider Advice
Solverde has a loyalty program that rewards regular players. As you play, you earn points based on your wagering. For example, for every 10€ wagered on slots, you might earn 1 point. These points accumulate and can be exchanged for free spins, bonus credit, or even physical merchandise. The program typically has tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Higher tiers get better benefits, such as faster withdrawals, personal account managers, and exclusive bonuses. To climb the tiers, you need to earn a certain number of points within a calendar year. The best tip is to concentrate your play in games with high contribution percentages to maximize your point earning.
